  1. Non house holder applications which do not qualify for the BNG de minimis exemption.

     b) Householder applications which modify or affect unoccupied roof space, roofing features such as soffits, bargeboard, guttering, fascia, cladding, hanging tiles, or weatherboarding.

     c) Building demolitions.

4) Application does not meet any other criteria but due to exceptional circumstances consultation of LEADS (Ecology) is being sought.
