Hi Ellie,

Attached is an updated response.

The applicants have effectively covered off my concerns regarding Landscape. I would assume if the LLFA comment they will have some issues with the lack of information for the Infiltration Basin and the fact that it is not within the Red Line Boundary.

Best Regards,

Adam

Good afternoon Ellie,

Please see the amended plans to address the landscaping comments.

The basin and planting have been added to the landscaping plan, and to clarify G3 is to be retained.

Yes, an extension of time is agreeable.  Please can you confirm the date?

Regards

Good morning Craig, further to our emails 5th May Iآ’m checking in to see how the additional information on the SuDs feature is progressing as I am mindful of the statutory deadline expiring on 25th May.

Given that I will need to revert to Landscape for comment would your client be agreeable to an extension of time to allow this to happen?  I would suggest a date 4-5 weeks after receipt of the information.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

Ellie
