Good afternoon,
I write in relation to the above application. I have not received any comments from you as yet and was wondering when these will be available. The previous application was refused for the following reason;
In the absence of adequate supporting information, it is not possible to determine
whether the proposal would have an acceptable impact in relation to bats, which are
a protected species. As such, the proposal is contrary to the guidance contained in
the NPPF.
I would also advise that from the site visit, the building has now been demolished in full, so I am not sure if this will have an impact on your comments.
